Legal Disclaimer

Atomic Slice is a registered sole trader business operating under ABN 20 701 536 848 in Toowoomba, Queensland. The business holds appropriate public liability insurance and follows all applicable Queensland food safety laws, including the Food Act 2006 (Qld). While we take every reasonable measure to ensure product quality and safety, all products are made in a domestic kitchen. By purchasing from Atomic Slice, you agree that consumption of our products is at your own risk.

About ATOMIC SLICE

Atomic Slice is a home-based artisan bakery specialising in handcrafted dessert slices with a nostalgic twist. We sell our products at selected Toowoomba markets and through pre-orders for local pick-up via our website: www.atomicslice.com.au. All slices are baked fresh weekly and kept refrigerated until the point of sale or pickup.

Orders and Payments

Orders placed through our website must be paid in full before production begins. We do not accept payment on pickup. Payment methods include debit or credit card, PayPal (online), or Square payments when purchasing in person at markets. Orders for each week close at midnight Sunday (AEST) and are fulfilled based on current inventory and order volumes. Orders are made to order and available for local pickup only unless alternative arrangements have been approved by the business.

Pickup Policy

Pickup times and dates will be communicated when your order is confirmed. If a customer fails to attend the agreed pickup time, we will attempt to reschedule a suitable time. If we are unable to reach the customer or reschedule, we will hold the order for a maximum of 5 days before it is discarded. No refunds will be issued for uncollected orders past this period.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because our products are perishable and made to order, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations. If Atomic Slice is unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, supply issues, equipment failure), we will contact you immediately and offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule your order for a later date.

Allergen Disclaimer

All Atomic Slice products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including but not limited to wheat, gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, sesame, and eggs. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, traces of allergens may be present. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information and notify us of any food allergies prior to ordering. Atomic Slice is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues that may result from the consumption of our products.

Product Shelf Life and Storage

Our dessert slices are made fresh weekly and are best consumed within 5 to 7 days of pickup. To ensure optimal freshness and quality, it is recommended that slices are stored in the refrigerator promptly after pickup. If kept chilled, slice flavour and texture will remain at its best within the recommended consumption window.

Delivery Terms

Delivery is not available for standard online orders. For bulk orders or special events, delivery may be available at the discretion of the business. Customers interested in delivery must contact us directly to discuss availability, preferred delivery dates, and delivery fees, which are set by Atomic Slice based on location and order size.
